(d) The reason for requesting a refund or cancellation.

Cancellations:

Please note that if you decide to cancel or refund your purchase, all logins and memberships will be deactivated and any products downloaded should be deleted from your computer.

Please allow up to 48hrs for our customer support team to process your refund or cancellation request. Our support team will contact you to confirm that your refund has been processed or to ask for additional information if needed.

All refunds will be issued in the form of payment in which they are made. Please allow 7-10 days for processing and for the refund to be credited to your account.
